With those five answers we can tell you which edition you need, what it costs, and whether there is anything InBilling does not yet do for a business like yours. We will tell you that last one plainly — there is no sense selling somebody software that does not fit.
H&L Solutions
InBilling is published by H&L Solutions of Bengaluru. The software began as the billing system for a third-generation APMC wholesale trading business in the Kalasipalyam market — written because nothing on sale understood inward loads, pattis, coolie or commission, and the things that did understand GST did not understand a mandi.
It grew from there into a complete offline billing and ledger program for any Indian small business: shops, wholesalers, traders, exporters and agents. It is still built by the people who use it on a counter, which is why it worries about printer drivers and pen drives rather than about dashboards.
What we will not do: put your books on somebody else’s server, charge you every month for software you have already bought, or hold your own records hostage when a trial ends.
Buying? Install the trial first. Then open Settings › Licence, send us the installation code on that screen, and we will send back a licence code for that computer. See pricing for what is in each edition.
Try it on your own counter for 15 days.
Install it, enter a real day’s bills, print one on your own printer. Nothing is sent anywhere, and nothing expires until the fifteenth day.
