1. The software
InBilling does not collect, transmit or store any of your data anywhere except on your own computer. There is no account, no server, no sync, no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting and no licence check that phones home. The program has never required an internet connection and contains no code that contacts a remote service.
Your books — customers, growers, bills, payments, balances, turnover — live in an encrypted database file on the machine you installed it on, and in whatever backups you choose to take. We have no copy of them, no access to them, and no technical means of obtaining them.
2. What we do hold
When you contact us or buy a licence, we hold only what you send us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the installation code your copy of the software displays. That installation code is a random identifier generated on your machine; it contains no information about your business or your data.
We keep this so we can issue licence and recovery codes and provide support. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anybody for marketing.
3. This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels and has no advertising. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s font servers; we receive nothing from that and have no visibility of it.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, page requested, time) as every web server does. We do not analyse, aggregate or share them.
4. Your rights
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to orders@inbilling.in. Deleting your contact details does not disable software already licensed to you, but it does mean we can no longer issue you a replacement licence or recovery code, so consider that before asking.
5. Children
InBilling is business software and is not directed at anyone under 18.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. A change will never give us access to data the software does not send, because the software does not send any.
