What do you want to do?
Cash banked, cash drawn out, and transfers between accounts
InBilling keeps what is in the drawer separate from what is in the bank, and lets you move money between them without pretending it was a sale or an expense.
Where to click
- To record cash you have banked, or drawn out, open Data entry › Internal receipts.
- To see what is in the drawer and what is in the bank today, open Accounts › Accounts.
- To tick the bank statement off against the books and see what has not cleared, use the reconciliation on the bank account.
Good to know
- What was in the drawer and in the bank when the year began is set under Opening balances.
- The daily report (Accounts › Reports › Daily report) shows one day: what was sold and what came in.
