Run two businesses on one computer
Two books on one computer, each with its own business details, its own recovery key and its own backup folder.
Where to click
- Open Settings › Books on this computer and add a second book.
- Fill in its business details. It gets its own recovery key — write that one down too — and choose its own backup folder.
- The sign-in screen names the open book and lists the others.
Good to know
- Each book needs its own licence, and each gets its own 15-day trial. A computer can start three trial books.
